The Canada Post strike has impacted packages currently shipped including Bubble Mailers and Tracked packages. This unexpected labour action was without warning making it hard to shift operations to other couriers before many PokeChalet.com packages getting 'stuck' with Canada Post. This has impacted our customers significantly who were awaiting their shipments. If this labour action extends over 2-4 weeks, we will be attempting to resolve via shipping credits to those customers impacted. We do not have the means to recover packages from Canada Post at this time.
