Returns and Refunds are accepted if we make a mistake fulfilling your order, your cards (sealed box) are damaged in transit.  We cannot accept returns for opened sealed product. 

We do capture video and images of our shipping process including high resolution photos of the cards, sealed product, shipping process to ensure that if an issue happens - we have confidence in what we send and the condition of our products at shipping time.
