Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Welcome to Pokechalet. By using pokechalet.com and purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at time of purchase.

Trading Card Condition
Card condition descriptions reflect our best assessment at time of listing. Contact us promptly if an item doesn't match its description.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon our carrier's receipt of the shipment, though we'll work with you on any carrier-caused issues.

Returns
Contact us about any order issues; we handle returns/exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

Live Streams
Our live streams (including pack rips and reveals) are provided for entertainment and sales purposes. Outcomes shown are not guaranteed or representative of future results.

Limitation of Liability
Pokechalet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
